How's the sleeping going? I'm usually not sleep before 11 or 12 each day and I feel it the next day!

Hey Guys & Dolls,
I have to get this off my chest. I need more SLEEP! For the past 2 days, i've woke up, turned off the alarm and went right back to bed. Telling myself 'I'll wake up in time to get my walk done' or 'it's too early to go walking this morning' or i would listen for the sweet sound of rain and the excuse to turn over. Yes, i've been lazy. I need more sleep. How difficult is it to go to bed at a decent hour? How difficult is it to turn off the computer or the TV and just go to sleep? Why do i grab puzzles and food journals and write and read myself to sleep? I need help yall! I need to get 8 hours or more each night. When i calculate that need, i come up with 9 o'clock PM. I need to get my butt in bed by 9 PM. I have a lot of excuses for not getting the rest i need. Today is the first day that i will slay those excuses one by one. No more excuses! By this time next week, i'll be going to bed at 9. Point blank, period, END.
Am i the only one not getting enough rest?
