My favorite "exercise" is run/walking... mostly walking, but I'm working on that! Finished my 2nd 5K of the year today - 46:20 - not a personal record, but a season best on a hilly course in Richmond. My daughter (the skinny, healthy thing!) finished 3rd in women's category. She was actually 1st, but due to a course mixup actually ran 1/2 mile farther than others! She is my motivation and biggest fan! Two years ago, I had knee surgery on both knees and could hardly walk 1/2 mile. I'm signed up for a 10 miler and a 1/2 marathon in March. Can you say INSANE!
