I'm determined to get back in this personal race. I love reading what all my fellow Lexingtonians are doing to stay strong and committed. Who knows, maybe we'll run into one another at the Arboretum!

I am jealous! Keep up the good work. I hope to be able to announce my success some day in the distant future. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Lexington Team official. I agree there's been little activity on this site. There's a lot going on at this time everywhere with Halloween, elections, Holidays and just work. I am trying to rotate my connections with different teams.

I have been trying to lose 20 pounds and they are very stubborn. Sparkpeople gave me some insignt into part of my problem. I tend to eat indiscriminately. After a couple weeks of reading on SP I have learned to modify my eating a bit. I am getting more vital nutrients.

Thanks for your support and kind words!

I am staying positive and continue to find some motivation each day, even when I don't feel like exercising.
This time around I am taking steps forward with a friend and that has made the biggest difference. It has been a month now and I am down on 5.5 pounds but the scale is going in the right direction.
I hope everyone is blessed to have another person they can refer to when the times get rough, and they will from time to time. The point is to stay with it and the moment will pass.

Everyone keep looking forward and you will get there. Good Luck!

Hi there, we need everyone to get active and jump back in with both feet....:) I have had my ups and downs, my dad died this past october and it did nothing for my motivation, took a lot of energy and thoughts away from myself. I miss him but know he would want me to be healthy. I am back and ready to jump back on board....love to keep up with everyone and please share your successes and failures here....we are all in this together!!!!:)

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I've seen anyone active on this board. Hopefully that means your not giving up but have found a Team that works for you.

I want to revamp the Lexington Team and look forward to any change ideas. Post here what you have found that works or what you need support with.
