I am into yoga when my eyes open in the morning before I get out of bed; followed by my day job and at night it is the tread mill and walking. I get in about 3-5 miles a day and lately I am ding more brief work out sets during the day
I love to garden and here in Hampton Roads it is warm enough to garden year round
and the ugly one is house work and cleaning I put in at least an hour a day

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
I'm a member of the YMCA, so my daughter and best friend go 5 days a week (usually) and to cardio, strength training, and stretching.
Here in MI, I also do a LOT of shoveling! When it's decent out, I like to walk. My husband and I do a lot of 'birdwalks' during spring/summer/fall. We find different parks and see what kind of birds we find!

I was just wondering what everyone does for exercise. I do the Walk at home series, walk slim every day. I try to only take Sunday's off depending on how my weigh in goes. I also do strength exercises 3 times a week. Then if I'm REALLY motivated I do some extra cardio, I have the CORE RYTHEMS DVDs and I'll try those if I need to laugh. They are just for fun, I can never keep up, but at least I'm movin'
