I'm a member of the YMCA, so my daughter and best friend go 5 days a week (usually) and to cardio, strength training, and stretching.
Here in MI, I also do a LOT of shoveling! When it's decent out, I like to walk. My husband and I do a lot of 'birdwalks' during spring/summer/fall. We find different parks and see what kind of birds we find!
