I like Applebee's especially because they have a lot of variety in their Weight Watchers part of the menu, I believe the entrees are 550 calories or less. The creamy parmesan chicken is my favorite! :)
My personal favorite is any oriental restaurant with a grill like HuHot or Bang Bang. I can control what I have in my bowl and how it is prepared. You can ask not to have added oil, but have them add water to steam the the veg.
Although with assertive ordering, you usually can get anything you want. I had grilled chicken (sandwich w/o bun & mayo) at McD's the other day. It came on a plastic plate w/silverware. Just keep out of the autopilot meals and you'll do fine.
