I'm taking the same thing as Star, but I am taking a couple more pills. I am also taking a hair /nail formula that contains magnesium and biotin. AND my multi vitamins have a lot of extra stuff in them to aid digestion. I get them at Campbells and they made a huge difference in my digestion & mood.

I take Calcium with Vitamin D because of my age (48), Cinnamon which is all around good for every part of your body, Garlic, Flaxseed oil, Biotin, a multivitamin and Super Stress B Complex. Everything I take affects overall health, not just an isolated area. B Complex is terrific for health AND mood and tends to stabilize emotional swinging when stress is affecting you. My dad was a doctor and I am a nurse and both he and I spent years researching the overall best things to take. I am rarely sick and even with a history of depression, have found that this combo of things keeps me on my toes and feeling good in all ways.

What vitamins and supplements are you guys taking to help aid in your healthy transformation? also do any of you use supplements when you work out? I AM NOT looking for a diet pill or a fad, I am looking for serious vitamins or supplements and tell me what you take and why.
