I usually walk my yorkie 3-4 times a day for a total of 60 minutes average. I try to do the strength training 3 times a week but have been lax. I do house work during the month and have a garden to weed and finish planting when the weather stays warm. Lucinda

I will do my best to meet and surpass my goal. Never stop learning or trying to achieve success. Never give up keep plugging away. If it is to be it's up to me. .

I haven't been logging anything lately, haven't even been checking in. Then I went to the doctor, weight and BP are up. Let's face it, without spark and logging regularly, I just don't do what I need to do to get in better shape.

I have been gardening everyday for the past week, heavy digging. 60 minutes per day. Yesterday I worked out for 50 minutes using my balance ball dvd. Today I spent 50 minutes on core strengthening using another dvd. I will do some walking later.

In April I hope to log everything all month long. That is my goal!
