I haven't been logging anything lately, haven't even been checking in. Then I went to the doctor, weight and BP are up. Let's face it, without spark and logging regularly, I just don't do what I need to do to get in better shape.
I have been gardening everyday for the past week, heavy digging. 60 minutes per day. Yesterday I worked out for 50 minutes using my balance ball dvd. Today I spent 50 minutes on core strengthening using another dvd. I will do some walking later.
In April I hope to log everything all month long. That is my goal!
