Agreed. The holidays are over and I'm looking forward to a fresh start. It seems that I did a good job with the meals... only one reasonable plate... but then the desserts did me in! Ugh!!!
This is a new year and a good time for a new start.
I plan to expand my exercise plans ... get more balanced include more cardio and strengthening.
I also plan to eat better. I want to avoid more processed foods and sugars. I found that after holiday celebrations where I ate lots of sugar, I really felt terrible the next day. I'm hoping that if I can abstain more from those kinds of foods I might feel better. And if I can feel healthier, it might make it easier to make healthier choices.
