I make myself get 90 minutes daily. 30 minutes (my lunch time at work) is either stairwell walking program, walk the riverfront or parking deck (in bad weather). In the morning I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at home and then everynight is either walking, gardening, mowing (now that it is nicer out)
