Strength: 65 minutes, my full PT workout Cardio: 30 minutes heavy cleaning, 30 minutes yoga
Not great cardio choices, but the vacuuming helped warm me up, and I did a thorough job, including the upholstery. The yoga was the Back-care Yoga dvd. My back hurt after 5 days without any meaningful exercise.
