I know I don't really post a ton around here, but I was excited to share :) I've lost 14lbs since my last weigh in! Its mainly been about portion control. I thought I was eating the right portions, but you really need way less than you probably even think. I weigh what I did in high school, now! And this is with 2 little ones :) I still want to keep going. I could lose maybe 10 more, I just never thought it was possible!
