I am currently doing the elliptical for 30 minutes and walking for 30 minutes three days a week and riding the stationary bike for 30 minutes and converting from walking to running for 30 minutes three days a week. Then for good measure I do strength training and exercises for 6o minutes three days a week too.

I do a lot of walking. I have a series of strength-training exercises that I do, but I really need to do them more regularly. I also like some of Coach Nicole's videos for aerobic and strength training. However, walking is my main workout. I usually have my camera with me, with the telephoto lens, which weighs about 7 pounds, so I get a little extra workout (which I don't count). I try to walk a mile or two four or five times a week.
