Well I get them pretty often. And all my life. But the diary is a good idea, & I'll definately try that. Thanks Harpo787

How often do you get headaches? If they are often enough, you can create a diary of sorts and see if you can figure out why they happen. Sometimes one can just be dehydrated and some water will alleviate, or a missed meal (or too small amounts), etc.
Just a thought!

It's hard to stay motivated when you've got a Headache. I've got one, and I just wish everyone would just go away for a day. I'm trying not to take any pain-relivers this time around because I've been getting them so often. (Don't want my body to become used to it). So I've taken a shower and heading out for a walk with my sister who's decided to have lunch with me. I'm not on track with my workout today, but i'm going for a walk & that's better than just lounging around. What would you do?
