I work full time so the only change for me is getting up a little early to make the kids' lunches, and spending time after dinner doing homework.
Which means I really have to stop at the gym on the way home. Once I get home, there is so much to be done it is even harder to leave again (for the gym).
Sad the summer is over.
I just realized my kids start back at school next Tuesday. It seems like we should still have another month of summer! So unfair... Anyway, I was wondering what everyone has planned for the fall. Are your kids going back to school? Are you? And how do you expect this to affect your workout routine?
Me? I will probably spend the first week or so burning calories at home. Who knew my kids were so messy? One my house is in order, I will be back on my bike with my toddler in tow. I also purchased some Zumba dvds that I may actually open once the weather won't allow me to go outside.
