Recent travels have, I am certain, set me back a tad but nothing disastrous. I am avoiding the scale until I've got 3-4 solid days of workouts to burn off the delicious meals and cocktails I indulged in on my mini holiday, then will weigh in before jetting off to my next destination. Staying on track during that one will be the real challenge but I am ready to face it.
