I not make it to the gym last night. We did family halloween pictures last night. I am not sure I am going to make it to the gym tonight either. Its Halloween!!

I ran in the Trick or Treat Trot--Virtual 5K race here on SP. I finished in 41:00 min/sec. Not my best time, but I finished!

Those are great goals. I would like to do that as well.

I went running last night int he ran. It smelled so fresh outside. I reccommend it!

To get rid of the remainder of flab on & around my waist and triceps through cardio and pilates.
Also to keep up my walking despite the unfriendly weather. Even treated myself to a good pair of winter boots to keep myself motivated
