i found a very inexpensive way to walk! i am not a huge fan of gyms but in town here there are a few very inexpensive ones. I prefer Planet fitness and for this month they are offering some great deals $1 sign up and $10 a month! check them out! But before i found them i would go to Walmart! a great place real big and early mornings its pretty emptyemoticon

I know some schools offer it. You might want to call around. And I know that Bay Park Square also has it. You would need to call them to find out when they open but I have seen articles in the Gazette about it.

I live out in the country, so I can't help you with where to walk indoors, but thought I would mention that during the winter, I use a rebounder (mini trampoline) and jog on that. It's springy and doesn't hurt my joints. I was lucky enough to find one at a rummage sale; maybe you can pick one up at a used sporting goods store.

I'm coming from Minneapolis, land of the skyways... need to find new indoor walks. Anyone know what time the malls open in GB? Any other good early morning indoor walks on a cold day?
