I go between 3-4 times per week plus I supplement with additional cardio and some extra exercises like more squats, crunches, push ups, etc.

I generally go to Curves 3x a week. I starting doing the Juilian Michaels workout. She really works you. I really feel it.

well i got my first month weigh in and measure and im not too happy..i didnt loose anything! and only about two inches overall..geeps! my bmi went down like two points but still too high..the lady there say i shud go five days a week..three i knock myself out the other two days a little easier... and my muscles never hurt! either its because theres pistons instead of actual weights or my muscles are in good shape..then why arent i losing! depressing!

I typically go 3 to 4 times a week and I give it everything I've got on the machines. Depending on how my muscles feel the next day will determine whether or not I take a day of rest and then just go for a nice long walk. I also do kettlebell exercises in between machines to keep my cardio and strength going which adds to my calorie burn. I made sure that I practiced my form with the kettlebell before adding it into my exercise program at Curves. The management there was a bit concerned about it at first, but they have become accustomed to me using it now. They have been very supportive and helpful to me in reaching my goals.

well ladies the only problem with going everyday is that your muscles are going to get used to the routine and u will have to work harder and harder..more so than if u only went three days and using the smart..thats why i was asking if anyone goes that much..but two or three times a day?? bit much!!

I was told the same thing about going twice a day. They want your body to have time to recover. Depends on the Curve location and how strict they are on rules.

I really don't see what difference it makes if you want to go twice a day or go around more than three times as long as they are not busy. I know some Curves are very strick in their rules and others think it is great if you want to work out that much. emoticon

I normally go three times a week - M W F. I try to go in the morning but once in a while I have to do afternoon just to get it in.

It is interesting to see what some of you say about going five days/twice a day. My daughter did that for a while and had really good success (in Lees Summit, MO) but then moved to Florida and instead of being within walking distance, her closest Curves is 12 miles away.

When I inquired about doing the cicuit twice a day, they told me that Curves does not "allow" it. She did say that no one would stop me but Curves discourages it. She said she really isn't supposed to allow me to do a third time around but she said she wouldn't really notice that I did it. If it isn't busy, I do the lower body machines a third time since I tend to carry my excess weight between my waiste and my knees.

I went twice a day, 5 days a week, for almost a year in 2008. I go a minimum of 3 days a week, sometimes more if I am in town.

Hi Everybody: I am going 3 xs a week as I've only been doing it for 3 weeks. My goal is to show up regardless as to how I feel. If I can keep this up for at least 3 months then I'd like to up it to four times a week. For me slow is better because I tend to jump the gun then get disappointed if I don't keep up and then the spiral begins....down. So, I am giving myself LOTS of time to get into the groove. I'm worth the patience! emoticon

I TRY to go every Monday, Wednesday & Friday and then either walk or do some type of exercise on Tuesday and Thursdays. The only exercise I get on the weekends are chasing the kids around!

I work at home and I am trying to go every day to Curves. I also like the social atmosphere and it is nice to see people after being home alone all day.

I go to Curves 5 days a week and work out for 45 minutes or 3 times around the circuit. I also walk 30 minutes a day and do 15 minute desk exercises. I also workout on weekends by riding the stationary bike and walking. Or I will do 2 30 minute videos.

I workout 4 times a week and bike the other two days. If you don't do anything else outside of curves then you really need to get to curves no less than 4 times aweek.

I usually go 5-6 days a week. If you are on the Curves Smart program it will take into account your alternate days and slow you down on the machines as to not overdo it.

I try to go three days a week but lately I have been only making it two. But I started making those two days like giong three. They let me do the circuit 4 times at each visit. Its a 23mile drive just to get to my Curves.
