yes, there are 2 different sites, just like Jinnyjan said. i used to use the free one, "my curves" but now i'm mostly using spark people instead

I think that you ladies are thinking this is "Curves Complete"...that's the one that you pay for. "My Curves" is for free! I like free!

PS. I am in Canada, and have never paid a cent to use it. emoticon

For the wedsite for Curves I know here in Canada you have to have a credit in order to even get on the site.

I go onto www.mycurves.com They have some great resources on there and a recipe section. You have to get a code from your Curves location. It is free. You can input your weight and measurements to. I like the site

Boston-Cream Peanut-butter Breakfast Banana Split

1 small ripe banana(peeled and halved lengthwise)
1 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
1/3 cup low-fat,articially sweetened Boston Cream pie-flavored yogurt
2 tbsps. crunchy high-fiber ,low-sugar cereal(such as Grape-Nuts)

Place the banana halves in small banana split dish or shallow bowl, with the cut side facing inward. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the open banana. Spoon the yogurt in the middle. Top with the cereal. Serve immediately.

INDIAN CHICKEN SALAD POCKET

1 1/2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp.lime juice,preferly fresh squeezed
1/2 tsp. curry paste
1/4 cup chopped chicken (4oz) grilled chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp. seeded chopped cucumber
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped red onion
1 whole-wheat pita,cut in half
2 leaves green leaf lettuce

In medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise,lime juice, and curry paste.

Whisk to blend. Add the chicken,cucumber ,and onion.Mix well.

Spoon the mixture evently into pita halves. Add the lettuce. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings

I am starting phase 1 tomorrow of the Curves eating program. The book has only a few recipes that sound really appealing to me. Trying to figure out the carbs and calories of non Curves recipes is a little complicated because you are supposed to subtract out all the "free" foods. Anyone know if there is somewhere to find more recipes that have the nutritional info figured out specifically for Curves dieters?
