As i have gotten older, had a child, work fulltime, I have slacked with things that used to come as a habit to me. Well its a new year and i want to get back to lovin on me.So i need to reestablish good skin care habits. Whether if you struggle or you got it down packed everybody can benefit. I know some people put antioxidant serums, lighters etc on their faces at night but i wanted to start this challenge with consistently doing the basics. You can add this to your streaks of goal page as well. I believe they say it takes 21 days to form a habit so i will add to this list every 21 days.Wont you join me?
