I've been a member and NEVER reported in. First off - I'm sorry. Secondly - I really missed out on a lot of support, didn't I? So - here I am and I welcome new friends and will be supportive and as helpful to others as I can be.
I'm really just getting going on this new diet journey - but really dedicated to losing 1 pound per week.I'm walking the dogs daily - even if it's only 10 minutes, tracking my food and shooting for 1300 to 1500 calories per day. Also checking in with SparkCoach daily and reading an inspirational article everyday.
