We are all going to have good days and bad days. My advice? EVEN ON BAD DAYS log in to SparkPeople!! Even if it's only to get your log-in points!

emoticon welcome to the chattie side of this program.. don't you just love the spark coach?? most days i do all the stuff on here then go to the coach... that's part of my evening routine before i go to work... i wasn't real active on here till i signed up for spark coach ..

I've been a member and NEVER reported in. First off - I'm sorry. Secondly - I really missed out on a lot of support, didn't I? So - here I am and I welcome new friends and will be supportive and as helpful to others as I can be.

I'm really just getting going on this new diet journey - but really dedicated to losing 1 pound per week.I'm walking the dogs daily - even if it's only 10 minutes, tracking my food and shooting for 1300 to 1500 calories per day. Also checking in with SparkCoach daily and reading an inspirational article everyday.

So - In Arnold's famous words - "I'll be back!"
