I can live with this...Because of my knee injury my cardio time has been cut in half. Also my man is in town visiting and last Friday and Saturday where free days where I totally consumed more than normal.

Lots of reasons that may have caused a gain: An infected tick bite, lots of medication for it, a death in the family, and indulging in some different foods that were brought in. Also have not been to the gym in a while. I promise to do better next week!
