MAJOR pain in my legs from doing the ipod touch workout. my whole body's suffering soreness but hey it's worth it. i have the soreness in parts i didn't know about. that's a sign a progress to me hahaha

None of my cloths fit anymore. I used to wear them big originally to hide my fat and now my shirts are extra baggy and even with a belt I have to hold my pants up. Hopeing Santa brings me new cloths this year as all my old skinny cloths my EX refuses to send me. I was only here in CT on vacation when he decided to cheat and move in his new GF. I WANT MY CLOTHS!

right, Slim - except I now have 2 pair of jeans that fit - and only one pair is decent enough to wear out in public. The other pair is the comfy but only at home type!

My Signs:

* 50+ inches Lost
* almost a full 5 Jean Sizes lost (1 total inch away from)
* My fitness level has greatly imporved! I hope by Spring to be officially 110% in the Advanced Catergory!
* I no longer feel bloated

I'm about to lose another favorite pair of jeans. Today I had to walk with my thumb thru the belt loop in the back or I'm afraid they would have gone down! And that's with them fresh-shrunk out of the dryer! Yippee!

since august i lost a total of 31.75 inches and i can run 2 miles with only 5 second walking breaks. i used to only run 1 mile with a lot of stops but since i have asthma this is a HUGE accomplishment. my dad finally said to me "you used to be cute or pretty but now you're beautiful" that scared me. i only had one compliment but it comes from the only person that means my world to me emoticon my dad!

I used to wear at least 1 Black Hills Gold ring on every finger, most have 2 - and as I look down to my hands I see a total of 2 rings - both moved over from other fingers - because they are all too loose now!

Over the last month, my scale hasn't shown much change but I have been able to donate 2 pairs of jeans that started falling off of me. I can't wait to donate more clothes.

Are you working out regularly & making healthy choices when it comes to eating? If so, you've probably lost some fat. The scale may not reflect your diligence and efforts. Do not get discouraged! Good health isnít always measured in pounds. All healthy behaviors are well worth the effort.

By eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, I have more energy, feel stronger and have more confidence.
