I'm salaried 7:30-3:30, no overtime pay. Its very seldom that I work overtime or even take work home. Now when I first started over 18 years ago I would stay late and take work home but I just got tired of that and started doing what I can do within my normal hours.

Im a RN working interventional radiology at the MED. Schedule is 0730-1600. (730-430). But lots of days it run later. And of course there is call time too. But we are compensated for that. I have worked at the MED for 7 years.
Congrats on finishing your first week at your new job! :)
I'm a salaried employee in my job with a regular 40 hour a week schedule, however, I end up working longer hours in January & February, due to the nature of my job. Don't get overtime, but that's alright. I love what I do and I get paid well for doing it!
I wouldn't necessarily say I have a routine, since I'm working on different projects at different times of the year, but it's definitely a desk gig with a lot of computer work, especially with spreadsheets. I do try to get up at least once an hour so that my butt doesn't fall asleep (Literally! My butt falls asleep if I don't get up and move!), and do some stretches during the day as well.
I have enjoyed my first week on my new job!! Yay! Have been working long hours (7a-5p) but it has been all good! I am a monthly salaried employee, so no overtime! :( It's okay, I know that it will take a little time to get settled in to a routine.
How about you? What is your schedule on your current job? Do you have a regular routine on your job? Do you get paid overtime?
What I treasure most in life is being able to dream. During my most difficult moments and complex situations I have been able to dream of a more beautiful future. ..Rigoberta Menchu Tum
