BOOT CAMP LOCATION CHANGE... Free boot camp will be held at the park located at 129th and York Street, east side of the street. There is a parking lot where you can park.

Here's a litte info on what boot camp is:

Boot camp is a cardio resistance workout that involves using mainly your own body weight. Dave is our DI. While he wants everyone to push beyond what we think we can do, he also says listen to your body. We start with a warm-up then go into the workout which usually consists of 5 to 8 different exercises done for a given amount of time with a short rest period between each. These are done for 4 to 5 rounds. Then we have a cool down with stretching. Modifications can be made to exercises to accomodate things such as bad knees or injuries.

What do you need to bring? Water and/or sport drink, a towel if you sweat a lot, and a desire to work hard.

Sorry! The boys and I are volunteering at a triathlon this sat.

Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.
