wish I could join you, but I have two knees about to be replaced and I have to admit that I do not want to do any more damage to any of my joints... not that that is what insanity does would do, but it is something I am hypervigilant about today
I really admire the Biggest Loser and many of the extreme work outs people do, but as a medical professional I see many participants as future surgical candidates. Future patients. Though in truth, if they did not lose the weight, they also will be future patients. :-) Just when I see those morbidly obese people doing high impact exercises on BL and well... as much as I admire what they are doing, I think of the harm years from now, the legacy.
I know a bunch of folks that are very very happy with BeachBody, big time. They keep want me to try those shakes, LOL. The energy they get from not only the exercises but the nutrition, well... they swear by it.
Good luck, I hope you find 5 people who are as motivated as you are. Running... I wish it were for me, but I rather doubt even at goal, at 120 pounds of solid muscle I will ever be a runner. I prefer the pool, always have, always will. Scuba gear is in my future!

Hey everyone, I am in the process of putting together a small accountability group for Beachbody Insanity. I'm looking at working closely with 5 people. I currently have a couple spots open. This will start 11/13, don't need to meet locally. Let me know if you are serious about getting fit with this program and would like more information. Insanity has dramatically helped my running. I look forward to talking to you.
