I would love that. My schedule is usually pretty flexible although this spring is turning out to be crazy! Is there a particularly good day for you?

Well I could probably do once a week at lunch... I work in Old Town and usually just walk the neighborhoods at lunch. Would you be interested in joining up? I lunch from 11:30-12:30 on weekdays.

I am training to walk the Bolder Boulder and would like to do some lunchtime walks to add some more daily mileage. I am close to Lemay and Riverside and am looking to walk on paved trails to break my shin splints in right! I am close to EPIC but could get to some other trail heads or places in town. My schedule is flexible most days. Any takers?
