In December I was in a car wreck and when they took my pulse it was 48 (I am 47 yrs old). I was surprised but they said sometimes your pulse can drop after an accident. Since then, my resting pulse has been between 45 and 50. Weird. Even when I was a ranger and in phenomenal shape, my resting pulse was around 60 (but I did live at 9,600 feet).

Somehow, unintentionally, my workout routine has made me fit! It is good to know that all those laps in the pool have actually done something.

I was just wondering what other people's resting pulse are out there.
