Hi TeDi,

This is a good idea having to write down own my pledge and then report it to someone else so I'm accountable.

-I pledge this week to not eat during non-meal or snack times.

-I pledge to get at least two days of weights in this week, and sneak in excercise at least 2 other days.

I think I'll start there since those seem to be my worst areas. :o)

Ok, I made it with the fruits and veggies although it seemed like a lot! I didn't get 15 more minutes of exercise but I did stretch for about 10 minutes after I walked this morning. Unless running up and down the stairs at work 10 times today counts.

I apologize for my absence. Lots of sickness in my family and busy, busy at work. I need to focus on what I am going to do for me this week. What about you? What 1 nutrition and 1 fitness pledge will you make for yourself this week?

I pledge to do at least 15 minutes of exercise in addition to my 30 minutes on the tread mill. I also pledge to get at least 3 fruits and 3 vegetables every day. I also pledge to check in daily about my progress.
