I like the simplicity of some of these challenges!
First challenge: Drink 1 glass of water
Extra challenge: log your glass of water
Challenge: 5 minutes of stretching to release the tension from the week and get ready for the weekend
Do 2 minutes of neck stretching - Head roll to right and left 6 reps per side, 10 second stretch each one.
Do 2 minutes of back stretches - Any kind you like. Cat/Camel, laying down twist, etc..
Do 1 minute of hamstring stretching - Feet spread, legs straight and hang forward (or ragdoll variation)
How about 5 minutes of corpse pose to celebrate hump day and whatever you did to move today.
