All right, here we go. I am going to start two new threads. The first will be 5 minute challenges. Let's see if we can get 25 responses by Friday. I will also start a thread for tracked challenges. I am not sure where you all are with nutrition and fitness. Please give me some ideas that might be good for the group.

Hi, I'm new to Spark People and this team, although I joined late last Nov. Just now getting it together to get involved! I live in central Fort Collins, have been here 26 yr. Live with Fibromyalgia, so it's been a challenge with weight and exercise. I'll turn 60 next week, so perhaps that's pushing me to look at what I've been doing, or not doing differently. So glad there's a FC team.

5 minute challenges are just that, something that last less than 5 minutes. I post one and if you accept you say ok, do it and then post another. For instance. I might challenge someone to do tree pose for 15 seconds or drink a glass of water or bend over and reach for their toes. You accept, do it, report out (oh, I really needed that glass of water, thanks for reminding me) Then you post the next one. It's ok if several people are doing the same challenge. Just post and keep going. What do you think? We probably need some bigger goals that we want to track. I am open to suggestions. I am also struggling on the weekends and was thinking of seeing if any of you wanted to get together and walk or bike on the trails if the weather is nice.
