5 minute challenges are just that, something that last less than 5 minutes. I post one and if you accept you say ok, do it and then post another. For instance. I might challenge someone to do tree pose for 15 seconds or drink a glass of water or bend over and reach for their toes. You accept, do it, report out (oh, I really needed that glass of water, thanks for reminding me) Then you post the next one. It's ok if several people are doing the same challenge. Just post and keep going. What do you think? We probably need some bigger goals that we want to track. I am open to suggestions. I am also struggling on the weekends and was thinking of seeing if any of you wanted to get together and walk or bike on the trails if the weather is nice.
