My "good" snacks are dried almonds and vegetables - mostly carrots, brocolli and califlower.
I don't absolutely ban any foods from my diet but I do try to keep sugary stuff to a minimum. I love M&Ms but I go through them very quickly when I buy them. I like Skittles from time to time because I can make a single-serving bag last an entire afternoon.
