Today was 50 min of leg routines + pull-ups. 20 minutes of Ab work and 25 min on the elliptical trainer.

I did a 30 minute walk at lunch yesterday and today. I was planning on going to the gym tonight but I couldn't muster the energy. Staying up late all week caught up with me. Even though I didn't go to the gym I did 35 minutes of yoga.

Tomorrow I'm going bowling after work.

Both yesterday and today I walked 30 min on the treadmill. I do that everyday. I am really struggling with shin splints right now. I hate it that they slow me down! Yesterday I did 45 min of yoga. Yoga is my favorite!

Yesterday was 60 min of plyometrics (jump training) which is kinda like calisthenics. Squats, jumps, jacks, etc.

Today will be 75 min of shoulders, arms (dumbbells) and abs.
