I really struggle with getting my cardio in during the cooler weather. The treadmill bores me. I love to dance. So one thing I like to do is to turn on my MP3 player to some dance music (Fall Out Boy's "Dance Dance" is currently one of my favorites). Then I just dance/walk/jog to the music around my house. It's a lot of fun and a good workout..and best of all it's FREE!
Another thing I do is just walk around when I'm watching TV. I find myself watching TV and reminding myself to get up and move. I have a rule that, when I watch the Biggest Loser, that if they can bust a move like that, then I should be able to get up and get some kind of good cardio in. Good luck!
