Hey SI6 Team!
I started a goal a couple of weeks ago to get me through the next 90 days. With the holidays coming up, I want to make sure to keep my exercise in high gear and watch what goes in my mouth...lol. Below is what my goals look like which officially started back on Aug 27:
"I've come up with a new rotation for the next 4 weeks starting on Monday (Aug 27). It will consist of three weeks of strength/cardio followed by one 'recovery cardio' week. It's going to be a challenge because of the use of P90X and Chalean Extreme dvds. I am going to do an official weigh-in and take fresh measurements too.
Week 1 thru Week 3...
Sun - Rest Day
Mon - P90X Chest & Back
Tue - Walk/Jog, Abs
Wed - P90X Shoulder & Arms
Thu - Walk/Jog, Abs
Fri - P90X Legs & Back (only the legs portion) or CLX Lower Body Extreme
Sat - Rest Day
Sun - Rest Day
Mon - Burn It Off (interval type cardio)
Tue - Walk/Jog
Wed - KenPOX (cardio kickboxing)
Thu - Walk/Jog
Fri - Burn It Off (interval type cardio) "
I am now in Week 3 of this rotation.

I won’t complain about “aging” because we have no control over that, but, none of us should allow our bodies to decay/rot which is all voluntary. It is up to each of us to do three things: exercise, use good nutrition, and commit to something or someone that brings us joy daily for the rest of our lives.
