You're welcome. I am in the process of doing the Slim Training for 4 weeks. This is my first week although I missed Monday due to being sick. So I'm off a day. : ( Did Shape It Up yesterday and Firm It Up today.

The Slim Training Program (only do for 4 weeks max)
Mon - Shape it up
Tue - Firm it up
Wed - Mix it up
Thu - Tone it up
Fri - Cool it off
Sat - Tear it up
Sun - Rest

Where are you gals at with the Slim Series or Slim in 6?

I posted this awhile back. I'm trying to get back to it. Here it is:

Congrats on moving up to the Slim Series. I have had great success with Debbie's workouts.

Here's a list of the routines for recovery week after doing a 4 or 6 week round of Slim Series, recovery week after doing Slim in 6 for 6 weeks, and the various Slim Series rotations:
Recovery
Easy
Mon - Cool it off
Tue - Cool it off
Wed - Firm it up
Thu - Cool it off
Fri - Tone it up
Sat - Cool it off
Sun - Cool it off

Slim in 6ers Recovery week
Mon - Cool it off
Tue - Start it up, Slim & Limber
Wed - Tone it up
Thu - Cool it off
Fri - Start it up, Slim&Limber
Sat - Start it up, Cool it off
Sun - Cool it off

The Maintenance Program
Mon - Shape it up
Tue - Rest
Wed - Keep it up
Thu - Rest
Fri - Tear it up
Sat - Cool it off
Sun - Rest

Slim in 6ers maintenance
Mon - Shape it up
Tue - Rest and slim and limber
Wed - Tone it up
Thu - Firm it up
Fri - Cool it off or slim and limber
Sat - Keep it up
Sun - Rest

Depending on your goals, here are the Slim Series Rotations: do each for 6 weeks except where noted:

The torso toning program
Mon - Tone it up
Tue - Cool it off
Wed -Tone it up
Thu - Cool it off
Fri - Tone it up
Sat - Firm it up
Sun - Rest

Lower Body Program
Mon - Shape it up
Tue - Firm it up
Wed - Cool it off
Thu - Firm it up
Fri - Cool it off
Sat - Firm it up
Sun - Rest with stretching recommended

The Split Routine
Mon - Tone it up
Tue - Firm it up
Wed - Cool it off
Thu - Tone it up
Fri - Firm it up
Sat - Cool it off
Sun - Rest with stretching recommended

Mon - Tone it up
Tue - Firm it up
Wed - cool it off
Thu - Mix it up
Fri - Cool it off
Sat - Tear it up
Sun - Rest with stretching rec.
