Hello! I am new to Sparkpeople & I live in Vallejo. I need some type of new exercise activity to start me jumping into the right direction again. Would love to find out more about this water aerobics class! Can you tell me who runs it. Is it daily? And can you begin at anytime?

Hi All, Listen, the water aerobics classes are going great. The ladies are cool and the workout is worth the time and effort. I use it to calm and relax me as well as to burn calories. I'm sooo happy that I was able to join. It was my first week of classes. I should have join water aerobics a long time ago. I didn't know what I was missing.

Hi All, The aqua aerobics classes are starting at the Plunge on Nebraska street. They are Mon thru Thur from 7 to 7:40. Each class is four dollars unless you're a senior then it's three. I'm going and hope to see others of you there. Wear sunscreen, but I think it's just what I need to get myself motivated. Variety is the spice of life!
