Hey everybody! On this morning, Im reminded that setting small goals is the way to succeed.
Here are some tips.
A) set small goals such as walking every day
adding more fiber to your diet.
B) remember to set realistic goals for weight loss. Losing something like 10lbs per week is unlikely, unhealthy, and will end up discouraging you.
C) Log your progress here on spark people or in a journal. its much easier to stay motivated when you are writing down every change that you make. It reminds you that you have succeeded so far
D) Change it up: you may start small but after a while, you may be ready to adjust. You might be ready to add on more time when exercising or adjust your diet to meet your new nutritional needs
