I have a total gym that I am working out on and gave my self a challenge of 60 days. Working out for 30 minutes a day. No excuses. Well I will up date you on my progress soon. Just to let you know I have loss a total of 32 pounds then gained muscle and gained some weight back. Went from 217 to 230 which is alright with me. I know I am gaining muscle so that has to be it. Well thanks for reading this post. This is my fifth day working out on the total gym. February 5th will be my 60 days.
I hope that everyone is doing well. Make sure you are optimizing your spark points by spinning the sparkpoints wheel, logging your food, and huddling every day!! We need to move our team up in the rankings!! I challenge each and every one of you to walk 5 miles a day. This equals 10,000 steps which is recommended as a low impact minimum exercise for each day!! Keep up the great work, I havent been able to exercise because I sprained a muscle in my shoulder but I should be back in action soon!! Let me know how you all are doing, and if anyone needs help with anything let me know!!
