YES, I am doing the green smoothies in the morning but I get so obsessed with food!
I have some days when I do great and others when I am just an eating fool.
I still have cookies in the freezer to tempt me! I even went to the day old place to get rye bread and english muffins and a box of Sara Lee treats attacked me!

Hey MIAJOEB ... are you loving this weather?? It is great for getting outside and getting active (not so much for allergies.)

How is your Mall Walk going? I have been walking with ladies at work during my lunch break. It has been nice to get out.

I have stayed on track with my Green Smoothies and have stayed under my calorie range for most days because my smoothies keep me full most of the morning. :)

Just thought iI was AWOL long enough and needed to get resparked to get the walking done.
I have been finding the weather too cold for out door activities but unable to get to gym classes so Just for today I will make sure I get that walk in.
I really want to start going to Maidu with the eight o clock group.
it is just way out of my way. So it is not practical.
I need to make it easy for me to accomplish my goal and the Mall walk makes the most sense because it is directly on the way to work.

I did the gathering inn meal with my team and had tons of other things going on.
doing water aerobics, walking so anyway I am taking another day off.

Gosh ~ I just gotta get back on track. 12/30 following a great week of workouts with little pain and was thinking of increasing minutes then fell and twisted ankle. Got me down (literally!) so got depressed didn't track for a week. Longer term goal... stop injuring myself! LOL!

'What a good idea I will join you! and I am going to up my steps to from 8 to 10 thousand to 9 to 11 thousand.... anyone want to meet to walk.... i go 2 miles an hour though. pretty slow.

So I've decided the slim series will wait until I get "Keep it Up" to go with it. I'm going to do Hip Hop Abs in the am and if I feel like it Jillian in the pm. As for smoothies, usually I'm a juicer and I'm trying to do more beetroot for my kidney function (or lack there of LOL) and next month I will be incorporating Shakeology smoothies as well.

whew, I really jumped into it, didn't I? I must want that damn 169~!!

I love green smoothies. The basic recipe is 1 1/2 cups fruit, 1 cup liquid, and 1 cup leafy greens.

This morning I am having a spinach, banana water smoothie with a teaspoon of raw cacao powder. I do 50/50 of fruits and greens. I really love strawberry, spinach and almond milk smoothies. They taste like strawberry milkshakes.

I didn't get a nap today. So glad you got the extra one.

My main fitness goal for January is 1 Green Smoothie a day for 31 days. I feel so good when I drink my green smoothies and it helps me to get more veggies in everyday.
