Mine is up and running.. emoticon

There is already a battery installed in your tracker. The one in the package is an "extra" for later use.

Got the new Spark Activity Tracker and got the battery out and put the little widget into my computer but don't know where to get the information or how to set it up.
Pretty pathetic. I don't even know how to get to the information. when I punch in the website it just gives me things on spark and on line but nothing about the device.

Talk about lazy, I got the salad in a bag.. All you do is dump it out and clip open the envelope of dressing. How lazy is that?

I am glad you are having fun experimenting. Have you tried roasting veggies?
cut them in pieces, drizzle with EVOO a little salt and pepper.. into the oven and bake until tender... If you use yellow squash (or pumpkin) you can sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on it and it is really YUMMO....



I love roasted WINTER veggies, once the weather cools. Carrots, garlic, squash, pumpkin, onions etc.

Had zuccini squash the other day with just a little bit of salt and pepper cooked in a skillet with a little bit of EVOO. Cooked it just until warm. It was yummy and the kids loved it. :) Next I will try Miss Viv's idea of steaming it and adding some Parmesan.

Oh ... and I will also have to try that salad.

Nice little zuccinis and yellow crookneck squash are really nice just steamed...with a pat of butter/margarine and a little salt and better. Easy to do.

Or you could sprinkle them with a little parmesan.

I like either one of them raw in a salad or mixed in with a 'cold salad' like
diced tomatoes
diced red onion (just a smidge)
sliced cucumbers
sliced zuccini or yellow squash (if they are small)
chopped avacado..
a squeeze of lime or lemon juice...to keep the avacado from turning dark.
a little oil & vinegar (or my one of my faves.. a greek vinegar/oil dressing with a bit of feta cheese in it)
Salt and pepper to taste.

I will try and find you some more EASY recipes...

I don't have any right now but I have seen more of it in the stores and would like to check out some recipes and get some. I do not have very much experience with cooking so I don't know what to get.
