Hi, Keeping the momentum going is always a problem for me this time of year, since my favorite exercise is hiking in the mountains - I'll hike closer to home eventually, try to go to the gym more (although I hate driving in the rain!), do lots of raking and cleaning-up-the-yard, and look forward to snowshoeing and x-country skiing this winter! Since it's cooler I can take more walks out my door this time of year - need to make that a serious plan!
