Portion/serving size was the first thing I learned at this site. I navigated and read lots before starting this new life style change. I measure, weigh everything including condiments. I just bought a new scale that does nutrition calculations. I had idea how high my food intake was!

9 right out of 16. Not great but I know a lot more now than I did before SparkPeople. And the knowledge really does help when making decisions. :)
