more walking. Walked 3 miles, Saturday meet up, and felt great afterwards. It was great fun meeting team members and can't wait for next month, too bad it's only once a month! I do better with an exercise buddy

Drink more water and move more... I Plan to go on nightly family walks with the kids and hit the gym as much as possible... and do some strength work outs when the kids are in bed....

What are your goals for April? What are your plans to accomplish your goals.


Lose 8 lbs by going to gym 4/5 times a week, drinking all my water, tracking all my food.
15 minutes of silent yoga time in the mornings focusing on God.
