I really love the Zumba classes. I try to go to all of them, but the tues and wednesday ones are the best time wise for me. Right now with kids sports I go to the gym whenever I can squeeze it in but I would like to get a regular schedule. Evenings after dinner are best for me. Message me if you would like to meet.

Are you still going to the gym on foothills? I am a member there. I haven't been for a while, I have been thinking about getting back into it,( I am paying for it,) I am just getting back into working out mostly walking. What days do you go? Maybe we can meet up sometime. I live over in the Westpark area. I noticed you said you live near the Foothills. Do you live anywhere near Fiddement? Let me know!

I used to belong to CFF and didn't have any problems with the 'hired help' at all...............

It was just getting myself there to work out that I had a problem with, so gave up the membership.

I would go back again.

I go to the Roseville gym on foothills. It is closest for me. I also like to go to the gym in N. Highlands. That one is very close to my work so I can work in a 20 minute cardio during my lunch break. I love going to the different Zumba classes. :)

Econlady-I am so sorry you had a bad experience. The people I have worked with have been very nice. I am truly sorry.

I left California Family Fitness because the management was rude. In fact the manager told me to go ahead and leave. I now go to the Roseville Sports Complex for a lot less money. The people are also very nice.

That's great - I love that gym! - or gyms - I go to the 3 in Roseville & Rocklin. I mostly only do the classes - altho often get on some cardio machine before class (and I WAS planning to make the 9am GST at Rocklin today - but that darn time change got the better of me).

Since I'm retired, I go during the day - usually T-Th 8am GST at RocklinSports - but if it's raining, I'll go other times. (Otherwise I'm off hiking!) And when it gets hot outside, the various swim and aqua-aerobics classes are great! I hope you enjoy it there! Which gym(s) do you go to?
