Ahhh where did March go? In March i lost 5 lbs. :) i hav been going to the gym 4/5 times a week. March was filled with may emotional days but I turned to God more and food less so all in all March was a good month.

After my "spill" while playing with the boys. I totally understand the limitations to working out. I feel so blessed with the membership at calfit because I can use the low impact machines to workout. My ankles and wrist are very thankful.

Everyone --Keep up the hard work and we can all get healthy together.

March is my "last chance workout" if you will before my friend's wedding in April It stinks because I badly sprained my foot which limits my workout capabilities....I mean, it hiinders the WALKING capabilities let alone the workouts...LOL

I will try, however, to continue monitoring my food intake and maybe do some crunches at night....?

Get my homework done, housework, yardwork, workouts...whew..

My son has been a pescatarian for a few years. He never eats meat or poultry.
He is healthier and has less stomach problems which are in the family.
So one day at a time I am going to eat vegetables, beans and quinoa and fish this Lent..
I will fast between meals. I have east indian and vegetarian cook books to make it tasty.
My problem is I am pre diabetic and it may be better to eat 5 times a day if I run into problems.
I just wanted to let someone know so I can report how I am doing.
I resolve to post my food. I have been lax lately
I also resolve to get to 6:30 Mass every week day before my walk.
No early Mass on Saturday.
I pray that I will be taking care of my physical but also my spiritual needs.
Thank you for the support. Maria

March goals:
1. drink water (lots of it)
2. cut sugar from snacks and coffee
3. work out at the gym 5x a week with 2 of the days being group class.

I will plan out my meals and workout routine for the week and share my plan with dh and a friend. I will make the appointment to get my hair done at a salon (not the corner place) when I accomplish my goals.

What are your goals for March? How do you plan to accomplish them? And will you be rewarding yourself for accomplishing your goals?
