So far so good. I have lost 7# in 2 weeks since going back to the gym. I have been working out really hard for 80 minutes a day plus weight training for 30. I think I should be losing more, but everyone says it is fine. My Dh STILL brings in crappy food all the time to the house. I have 1 cupboard that is just my low fat low cal food, so when I want a treat when he is eating, I go there instead of looking at all the bad stuff around. It is hard to keep away from it. Just wanted to update everyone so you knew how my progress was going. I am happy with it. Some days are hard to get through the 80 minutes of cardio, but I feel I have to do it now or I never will. I can tell age plays a factor in weight loss. When I was younger this journey was easier. Now...not so much.
