How do you plan your weekly meals?
I usually go through my cookbook, or my magazine, Cooking Light, and plan out what I will make then grocery shop. I have 3 picky eaters here which makes things difficult too, my DH and 2 of my kids.
When I did not care about what I ate, I would just go to the store and buy whatever. I think it makes a huge difference on what you buy and how much you buy of specific foods. Not only saving money on some stuff, but also buying heathier foods. I know I would get a ton of sugary foods like cookies, cakes, breads etc. then say..."I got these for the kids". Who was I kidding right?
