So far exercise and drinking water have been my successes. I have started using rubber bands around my water bottle to count how many I have had. I am very visual and the moving of the bands has inspired me to get the bottle done. It is working on the weekends too. :) I tried the getting up before dawn to exercise and I finally had to face the music. It is not going to happen. It is too warm and comfy in my bed with my dh to get out into that cold house and work-out. I hit the snooze everytime. So these past two weeks I have been working out right when the kids and I get home after school. I work out while they are reading. They have to read for 30 minutes and I get to be their timer by working out for 30 minutes. I make their snacks and mine while they are doing the rest of their homework.
Food ... Food ... I am so frustrated with myself as far as my food. I was counting calories, and got a bit crazy about that. I will have to blog to give the whole story. Then went completely the other way for a couple of days and just ATE. I am in a cross-roads and trying to decide where to go from here.
So ... for now I am looking back at journals to see what has worked for me and getting back to the basics. I am going to keep exercising and drinking my water and all will fall into place.
