glad we could help! say a little prayer of some sort for me too I caught my daughters cold and grocery shopping today nearly killed me, I am NOT kidding...with my health issues it was just too much with being sick too....so going to go lay down before I have to clean house and cook dinner....no rest for the MOM!

I only really understand myself, what I'm really thinking and feelings, when I've talked it over with my circle of female friends. When days go by without that connection, I feel like a radio playing in an empty room.

Thanks ladies you rock. Cheered me up a little bit honestly lol.

Today I woke up and I am not limpin nomore, so Im going to give it one more day and tomorrow go as long as possible on that bike before I fall over.. haha

I nearly did the same thing yesterday on icy stairs! I hope you will be back to 100% very soon.....till then, every other day lift weights to tone your upper body...even if it is soup cans or bottles of water! You will still be burning a few calories, toning up and feel like you are still in this ...also suck in your belly and hold for 10 seconds and release, that counts as one crunch , no need to get on the floor for those, you can work nearly all muscles efficiently with isometrics...so just clinch, hold , release!

I slipped and fell in the rain, thank you stupid Old Navy flip flops. Hurt my ankle and my knee, cant run, cant jump, cant ride a bike..

Im pretty bothered yesterday was the first day I didnt go to the gym I had been doing great going ever day since I joined.

Kinda sad.
